How to Cancel Notion - Step by Step
These steps apply to Notion's Plus, Business, and Enterprise plans. You can only cancel from a desktop browser - the mobile app does not support billing changes.

Go to notion.so and sign in
Open notion.so in your browser and sign in to the account that holds the paid subscription. If you use SSO or Google login, use the same method you normally use.

Click your workspace name in the top-left
Look for your workspace name or icon in the top-left corner of the sidebar. Click it to open the workspace dropdown menu.

Open Settings and members
From the dropdown, select "Settings and members." This opens the main settings panel for your workspace.

In the left-hand navigation of the settings panel, click "Upgrade." This tab shows your current plan, billing cycle, and seat count.

Click Manage plan
Click the "Manage plan" button. This takes you to your active subscription where you can see renewal details and make changes.

Select Downgrade to Free or Cancel
Choose "Downgrade to Free" if you want to keep using Notion without paying. This is the most common option. If you want to stop entirely and have Notion close the workspace, choose the full cancellation option.
